Refund Policy

We are sure you’ll be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you’re not, you may return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note, made to order items are not eligible for a refund.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Items that have been assembled or partly assembled it will not be able to be returned. Charges may occur for the collection of your return.

Mattresses can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Terms & Conditions

Please check over your purchase as soon as it has arrived. If there are any faults, please report it within 24 hours of delivery so it can be replaced. Return costs will occur if you choose not to have the item replaced.

Packaging is the customer's responsibility to dispose of.

If a deposit has been paid for an order, it is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer.

Delivery & assembly costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are damaged/faulty. If you need to exchange for the same item please email lcfurniture22@gmail.com

Clearance Items

Clearance/ex display items are sold as seen and cannot be returned.

Shipping

To return your item, please email lcfurniture22@gmail.com. You may be responsible for your own shipping costs for the return of the item.
